These third parties may have access to your Personal Data as necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Business Partners: We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions.

Children's Privacy

Our Site does not address to persons under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. The Design Shack respects the privacy of parents and children. If we become aware that the personal information we have collected relates to a child under the age of 18, we will take steps to promptly delete the information.

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last modified” date at the top of this page.

We advise you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page and you agree that the last modified version of the Privacy policy shall be governing between you and us.
