Information that we may collect
When you use or interact with our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personal Data may include, but is not limited to:

Retention of data
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
The Design Shack Private Limited will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Third Party Marketplaces and Service Providers: We may disclose your personal information to third party companies, marketplaces, and individuals ("Service Providers") that we may employ to perform services for us, to provide a service on behalf of us or to facilitate our services. Such services include but not limited to, credit card processing, collecting and analyzing data, providing search results and links and providing advertising and marketing assistance, including serving ads on our behalf on third party websites and mobile applications.
These third parties may have access to your Personal Data as necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Business Partners: We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions.
Our Site does not address to persons under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. The Design Shack respects the privacy of parents and children. If you are a parent or guardian who believes that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us (Email: firstname.lastname@example.org). If we become aware that the personal information we have collected relates to a child under the age of 18, we will take steps to promptly delete the information.
We recognize the importance of safeguarding the privacy of children and encourage parents to check and monitor their children's use of online activities regularly.
